Overview

With Jessie Montgomery midway through her second season as CSO Mead Composer-in-Residence, she discusses her experiences in Chicago and her programming for the 25th season of CSO MusicNOW, the orchestra's contemporary music series. Montgomery also will talk about what goes into the preparation for the series-finale concert on April 24 and will offer a sneak peek at the world premiere piece she has written for world-renowned violinist Rachel Barton Pine. Join LaRob K. Rafael, host of WFMT’s Weekend Mornings, as he moderates this discussion with Jessie Montgomery.
