Hilary Hahn, the first-ever Artist-in-Residence of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, has an extensive repertoire, which ranges from Baroque to contemporary composers. Her discography, equally wide-ranging, returns frequently to J.S. Bach. The violinist has recorded four discs of the composer’s works, as well as albums featuring selections from Mozart, Prokofiev and Tchaikovsky. These tracks are among her favorites.
