The Chicago Symphony Orchestra returns to its summer home for a six-week engagement beginning July 15 and running until Aug. 21. Among the highlights are Brahms' German Requiem, two Mozart semi-staged operas, Stephen Sondheim tributes and the annual Tchaikovsky Spectacular. The CSO helped to inaugurate the first season of the Ravinia Festival in 1936 and has been in residence every summer since, save for 2020.
