Civic Orchestra 24/25 Season

The Civic Orchestra of Chicago, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra’s prestigious training ensemble for emerging professional musicians, kicks off its 2024/25 Season with two concerts Oct. 27-28, featuring works by Wagner, Schumann and Gabriela Ortiz, under Principal Conductor Ken-David Masur, and runs through June 1-2. In addition, tickets for Civic’s concerts at Symphony Center will be on a pay-what-you-wish basis, starting at $5 (Civic concerts at community venues remain free).
