Thielemann Conducts Bruckner

This week, Christian Thielemann returns to the Chicago Symphony Orchestra podium to lead Bruckner's Symphony No. 8. The broadcast also includes Wagner's Prelude and Liebestod from Tristan and Isolde, lead by former music director Daniel Barenboim. Rounding out, Edwin Outwater conducts Primordial Orchestra and Finale and Rebirth of Sprite from Philharmonia Fantastique: The Making of the Orhchestra by Mason Bates.
