OVERVIEW

Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 6 is the final concerto in a set of works dedicated to Christian Ludwig. This concerto is unique within the collection for its orchestration, notably omitting violins and placing a strong emphasis on the rich and mellow timbre of lower string instruments.
