On a crisp winter day, musicians of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra gathered at Symphony Center and then boarded buses for the ride to O’Hare International Airport. There, they clambered aboard a United Airlines flight to Florida for the first stop on their 2025 U.S. Winter Tour, in Naples, where it was a sunny 80 degrees.
Led by Riccardo Muti, Music Director Emeritus for Life, the CSO will perform two concerts Jan. 14-15 in Naples, presented by Artis—Naples, marking their fifth-ever set of concerts at the performing arts center, followed by return appearances in three other Florida cities.
Follow the CSO on Facebook, X and Instagram as it proceeds on its winter tour, which stops Jan. 21 at New York’s storied Carnegie Hall and concludes Jan. 24 in at the McKnight Center for the Performing Arts in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
