Jane Glover leads the Chicago Symphony Orchestra in Orchestra Hall

This week, Jane Glover makes her debut with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra leading Haydn’s Symphony No. 71 and Mozart’s Symphony No. 29. In between, CSO Principal Oboe William Welter makes his solo debut in Mozart’s Oboe Concerto, followed by Handel’s Organ Concerto No. 4 performed by Paul Jacobs. Rounding out the program, Claudio Abbado conducts Mozart’s Horn Concerto No. 3, featuring Dale Clevenger, the Orchestra’s principal horn from 1966 until 2013.
