Blomstedt Conducts Mozart & Beethoven

This week, Herbert Blomstedt returns to conduct Mozart’s Symphony No. 39 and Beethoven’s Eroica Symphony. The broadcast also includes Smetana’s Overture to The Bartered Bride, lead by the Sixth Music Director Fritz Reiner, and Poulenc’s Gloria, featuring vocal soloist Jessica Rivera under the baton of Bernard Heitink, the principal conductor of the CSO from 2006 to 2010.
