The Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association (CSOA) uses SMS messaging via Microsoft Teams exclusively for business contact purposes. These messages are intended for known business contacts and are used to:
- Confirm appointments or deliveries
- Share operational updates
- Respond to service inquiries
- Facilitate ongoing business communications
Opt-In Method
By providing your mobile phone number to the CSOA through any of the following methods, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your business interactions with us:
- Written consent via service agreements or onboarding forms
- Verbal consent during service setup or customer support calls
