Purpose of SMS Communications

The Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association (CSOA) uses SMS messaging via Microsoft Teams exclusively for business contact purposes. These messages are intended for known business contacts and are used to:

  • Confirm appointments or deliveries
  • Share operational updates
  • Respond to service inquiries
  • Facilitate ongoing business communications
Opt-In Method

By providing your mobile phone number to the CSOA through any of the following methods, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your business interactions with us:

  • Written consent via service agreements or onboarding forms
  • Verbal consent during service setup or customer support calls
  • Web form submission where your phone number is entered for business contact purposes

If you wish to opt out at any time, simply reply STOP to any SMS message or contact your CSOA representative.
