CSO Chamber Series Proposal Form
Groups may also continue to submit information via the available printed form. Completed forms may be returned to Randy Elliot (3rd Floor E&A Office #308), or to the orchestra personnel office.
Please note a couple of items related to the 2025/2026 CSO Chamber Music Series programming:
- We are working to confirm venue locations for the community concerts; which will be communicated to any available groups prior to confirmation.
- We kindly request that programs and ensembles consist of trios, quartets or quintets only. Larger ensembles will be subject to further approval and those groups may not be selected for participation.
- Groups performing on Armour Stage will be faced upstage, with audience members sitting on the stage and in the terrace.
- Groups may select multiple dates for each series.
- Group leaders, please note that any musician listed as part of your group must be aware you are submitting his/her name.
- All musicians are limited to participation in 2 groups only, except for cellists who will be allowed to participate in 3 groups
- Groups may only have 1 non-CSO musician participating.
- Members may perform only on the instrument under which they are listed on the official Chicago Symphony Orchestra roster.
- Non-CSO Musicians, in accordance with section 5 of the policy statement, will each be assigned 2 points.
