Day 1: Chicago → New York City

Fly to New York City and make your way to your hotel. The tour officially begins with a celebratory welcome cocktail reception with CSO musicians at the Thompson Central Park Hotel. Enjoy the evening and dinner at your leisure.
Day 2: New York City
Wednesday, February 25, 2026
Begin the day with a special cultural excursion (details to be announced). The afternoon and evening are yours to explore and dine at your leisure. Then, experience the CSO in a landmark performance of Sibelius and Strauss at Carnegie Hall, followed by an exclusive postconcert celebration with Klaus Mäkelä and CSO musicians.
Day 3: New York City → Chicago
Thursday, February 26, 2026
Depart New York City on your own arrangements or stay and enjoy all the city has to offer.
Your hotel is not included in the tour price. You may overnight wherever you wish. We suggest you book at the Thompson Central Park New York by Hyatt, where the CSO musicians are staying. It is conveniently located near Carnegie Hall.

Tour cost per person: $1,500*
CSO donation per person: $500
CSO concert ticket per person (estimate): $200
*Price is subject to change. Air travel, hotel, meals and transfers are not included in the price. Payment is due in full by the booking deadline to reserve your spot.
Space on this tour is limited. Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis. The booking deadline is Monday, December 1, 2025. Tickets cannot be held after the booking deadline; the Patrons Tour is non-refundable.
