In 2025, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra family honors the centenary of the birth of composer and conductor Pierre Boulez, who served as principal guest conductor and conductor emeritus. Over four decades, he led the Orchestra and Chorus in Orchestra Hall, Carnegie Hall, and on tour through Asia and Europe, as well as on numerous award-winning recordings.
