Hispanic Heritage Month 2024

Hispanic Heritage Month, which begins Sept. 15 and runs through Oct. 15, honors the contributions and influence of Hispanic and Latino Americans to the history, culture and achievements of the United States. To celebrate the occasion, members of the CSO Latino Alliance offer playlists of related recordings, some featuring the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Center Presents artists. In addition, here are features about Latino composers and guest artists appearing on this season’s CSO and SCP series.
