While subscription packages offer the best value and lowest price for the best seats, ticket offers are often available for individual concerts and select seats, and free and low-cost concerts are offered at Symphony Center and in neighborhoods across Chicago. Here are ways to save and explore which ticket options are the best for you.
Main Floor Rush
Symphony Center offers day-of rush tickets on the Main Floor for all CSO Classical concerts and other select performances, depending on seat availability. Rush tickets are 50% off standard ticket prices, available the day of eligible concerts online, by phone starting at 10 a.m. or at the Box Office.
How to Order Rush Tickets Online
Go to today’s concert on the calendar listing and select “order now” to continue to the seating map. Enter the promo code RUSH before selecting your seats on the Main Floor. Proceed through the checkout process to complete the order.

Free and low-cost performances
The Civic Orchestra of Chicago offers free and low-cost concerts at Symphony Center and in neighborhoods across Chicago. Concerts at Symphony Center are pay what you wish, starting at $5, and concerts in neighborhood venues are typically free.
CSO Chamber Music concerts are intimate, small-ensemble performances that take place at Symphony Center and neighborhood venues. Concerts at Symphony Center are pay what you wish, starting at $15 and concerts in neighborhood venues are often low cost or free.
Chicago Symphony Orchestra tickets start at $49 (incl. fees) with exact prices varying based on a variety of factors, including day of the week. CSO for Kids programs offer youth ticket options at a lower price point.

Students
Students tickets start at $18 for most concerts ($25 day-of). Students can level up their relationship with the CSO by becoming a student ambassador or getting a student subscription.
Community networks
Connect with like-minded music lovers through a variety of affiliate groups. Options include the African American Network, the Latino Alliance and the Overture Council for young professionals, among others. These groups receive access to exclusive ticket offers and host special networking events around select concerts.

The Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association partners with VetTix and other organizations in the Chicagoland area to offer tickets to active military personnel, veterans and their families.
