Sava Velkoff is a Violist from Kalamazoo, Michigan. She attended Western Michigan University and graduated with her Bachelor of Music in Viola Performance in 2022. She completed her Master of Music degree in Orchestral Studies in 2024 at Roosevelt University’s Chicago College of Performing Arts. Sava’s mentors include Li-Kuo Chang, Roger Chase, Igor Fedotov, and Lawrence Newman.
Sava has been featured as a soloist with multiple orchestras including the Kent Philharmonic Orchestra, the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra, the Western Michigan University Symphony Orchestra and the Chicago College of Performing Arts Symphony Orchestra.
