Produced by World Projects, the 8th Annual Chicago International Music Festival features outstanding bands from across the USA.

The Chicago International Music Festival brings groups from across the country to Chicago for workshops, social events and concerts. The festival culminates with a concert at the outstanding Amour Stage at the Chicago Symphony Center

The 2018 festival will feature ensembles (ensembles are subject to change) from California, Florida and Michigan. Please join us for a wonderful evening of music and education.

Program

The program will include performances by the Arroyo High School Wind Ensemble, the Bartow High School Wind Symphony, the Tesoro High School Symphony Orchestra, and The Harker School Symphony Orchestra. The Harker School Symphony Orchestra performance will feature the premiere of a new commissioned piece by composer Carl Wittrock. The concert will culminate with the performance of the Concordia University Ann Arbor Wind Ensemble as the showcase group.
