Making its Symphony Center debut under the baton of music director Enrique Pérez Mesa, The National Symphony Orchestra of Cuba brings a diverse program of works by Cuban composers Ernesto Lecuona and Amadeo Roldán as well as Spanish composer Manuel de Falla. Three-time Grammy® Award winner Esperanza Spalding joins the orchestra to perform from her widely acclaimed album Emily’s D+Evolution as well as a few of her best-known songs.
