Jan Lisiecki

Jan 30, 2022

Overview

Jan Lisiecki made one of the most thrilling CSO debuts of 2019, an “extraordinarily delicate and poetic performance” in which “virtually everything [he] played conveyed depth of thought and openness of expression” (Chicago Tribune). Lisiecki’s all-Chopin program features the fiendishly virtuosic Opus 10 Etudes and a group of wistful and evocative nocturnes.
