SYMPHONY CENTER PRESENTS PIANO SERIES
Angela Hewitt has ambitiously carved out her place on the international keyboard circuit as one of the foremost performers of the music of J.S. Bach. Her 11-year project to record all of Bach's keyboard works has been described as "one of the record glories of our age" (The Sunday Times). The Canadian pianist returns to Symphony Center with an entrancing program pairing keyboard treasures by Bach with Ravel's reflective Le tombeau de Couperin.
Pianist Angela Hewitt will sign copies of her recordings Grainger Ballroom following her recital on Sunday February 10.
Tesori is now serving lunch on the weekends! Make your reservation now or call 312-786-9911.
The Fazioli piano for this recital was generously provided by PianoForte Chicago.
