Bank of America

Bank of America is the Global Sponsor of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, beginning in the historic 2010/11 season, as Maestro Riccardo Muti his tenure as music director. As the Global Sponsor of the CSO, Bank of America has embarked on the most significant sponsorship in CSO history, providing unprecedented support for the orchestra’s concerts and events at home and abroad. Bank of America has been a corporate partner of the CSO for over a decade, as the title sponsor of a major concert series, as a supporter of Opening Night and Corporate Night, and as a regular donor to the Corporate Fund.

ComEd

For the past several years ComEd has been the title sponsor of ComEd Classical Tapestry, a lecture series that highlights the stories and the music of African American artists performing at Symphony Center. ComEd Classical Tapestry conversations are hosted jointly by radio personality Richard Steele and CSO Director of Programming Jim Fahey, this fun and engaging lecture series reflects the cultural diversity of the our community and Symphony Center programming. With ComEd’s generous support, the CSO continues to create enriching programs and welcome new and diverse audiences to Symphony Center. Year after year, ComEd also participates as a valued sponsor of Opening Night and Corporate Night.

BMO Harris Bank sponsors Jazz at Symphony Center, one of the leading jazz series in the United States. Each season, Jazz at Symphony Center brings to Chicago the icons and innovators of the art form, presenting concerts by the world’s finest artists in all styles of jazz. BMO Harris Bank’s commitment to Jazz at Symphony Center demonstrates its dedication to supporting great art in a way that reflects the diversity of the Chicago community.

Kraft Foods

For more than 25 years, Kraft Foods has been one of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra’s most loyal supporters. Through its funding for the education initiatives of the CSO, Kraft has enabled generations of Chicagoans to enjoy classical music. Kraft currently sponsors the Kraft Foods Family Matinee Series and accompanying pre-concert activities. This series, which celebrates the fantastical musical stories created by some of the world’s greatest composers, reaches thousands of school children and their families each season. This innovative concert series presents the CSO in collaboration with other Chicago arts companies in dance, mime, and puppetry, creating a dynamic and memorable musical experience for children.

United Airlines

United Airlines is the Official Airline of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Support from Chicago’s hometown airline has had a positive impact on nearly everything that the CSO does. United is a significant sponsor of the CSO hometown concert season, and the company support also enables the CSO to bring the world’s greatest artists to the stage at Symphony Center to perform for hometown audiences. United’s sponsorship of the CSO’s MusiCorps® program supports the development of great young orchestra musicians while also serving diverse Chicago communities. Through MusiCorps®, select musicians of the Civic Orchestra of Chicago with advanced training in designing presentations and delivering performances for school and community audiences. United is also a presenting sponsor of Corporate Night, the CSO’s largest annual fundraiser.
