Culinary Team
The Thomas Club’s culinary team is led by Club Manager Karen Samata and The Thomas Club Chef Bekah Maly.

Please join us in congratulating Rebekah (Bekah) Maly on her promotion to Chef in The Thomas Club. Having studied Culinary Arts at Kendall College, Bekah says, “for me, cooking is exciting and calming all in the same moment. Though there are many instances of high stress, at the end of the day when all of our goals are met, it’s an amazing feeling. The stress challenges me to become better at my craft and to express myself creatively.” Bekah’s philosophy on food is to take the rustic approach: practice simplicity and combine local and seasonal flavors.

The Richard and Helen Thomas Club at Symphony Center is a private dining facility open for dinner before CSO Main Series evening concerts and for lunch before Friday CSO Main Series matinee concerts.
