Culinary Team
The Club’s culinary team is led by Club Manager Karen Samata and Club Chef Bekah Maly.
Please join us in congratulating Rebekah (Bekah) Maly on her promotion to Chef in The Club at Symphony Center. Having studied Culinary Arts at Kendall College, Bekah says, “for me, cooking is exciting and calming all in the same moment. Though there are many instances of high stress, at the end of the day when all of our goals are met, it’s an amazing feeling. The stress challenges me to become better at my craft and to express myself creatively.” Bekah’s philosophy on food is to take the rustic approach: practice simplicity and combine local and seasonal flavors.
