CITIZEN MUSICIAN INITIATIVE

Launched by Judson and Joyce Green Creative Consultant Yo-Yo Ma, the Citizen Musician Initiative encourages musicians of all skill levels—as well as music lovers, educators, and music and educational organizations—to use their talent and passion for music to enhance quality of life and address issues of concern in their communities.

Youth At Risk

YOUTH AT RISK

In partnership with Storycatchers Theatre and the Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice, the CSO Association offers a program for young women, ages 13 – 20, who are incarcerated at the Illinois Youth Center in Warrenville, Illinois.
